Once again, I’m blown away by the service at Miracle Nissan! Yesterday my car was in the shop when I got the call that my elderly dad had fallen. I was home alone and went into full panic mode. I immediately called my service advisor, Matthew Rayner. At first, he thought I was calling about my car, but I quickly blurted out that I needed to get it back right away because of the emergency. Even though they didn’t have a porter available and his manager, Daniel (who is also incredible), was tied up in meetings, Matthew didn’t hesitate. He found a way to make it happen—he got someone to pick me up and get my car to me so I could rush to the ER to be with my dad. That level of care, compassion, and quick action goes so far beyond “customer service.” It’s humanity, and it’s why I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you, Matthew, Daniel, and the Miracle Nissan team. You guys are absolute lifesavers! 🙌❤️

We are very pleased with our visit and purchase of our truck! Mr. Mingo Dicks was amazing. His calm approach when telling us he didn’t have want we wanted while on the lot, he was able to walk us into the showroom to see if they could get what we wanted! We had already been so many places and were ready to just give up! He was not pushy and that is why we gave him a chance. And they did everything they could do to get us what we wanted. It came down to color and Mingo was like “We will get it”. I could not be happier with my truck and I will and have recommended Mingo everybody!
