Wonderful experience from walking in to signing paperwork. The staff here was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and that includes everyone we interacted with. The inventory is great, but our salesperson drove us to Augusta to pick up a model in an uncommon interior color when they didn't have it on the North Augusta lot and i decided that was what i wanted. Warren, our salesperson, was especially wonderful to deal with. Highly reccomend him and this dealership. Even now, after going back a few times to drop off trade in paperwork, a tank of gas and to have air put in a tire, everyone I talk to is friendly and helpful and great to interact with. Can't say enough good things about our experience here!

We are very pleased with our visit and purchase of our truck! Mr. Mingo Dicks was amazing. His calm approach when telling us he didn’t have want we wanted while on the lot, he was able to walk us into the showroom to see if they could get what we wanted! We had already been so many places and were ready to just give up! He was not pushy and that is why we gave him a chance. And they did everything they could do to get us what we wanted. It came down to color and Mingo was like “We will get it”. I could not be happier with my truck and I will and have recommended Mingo everybody!

Updated Review Things have improved drastically since Daniel Guyton took over the service manager position. He has helped me feel more confident about getting a major recall issue properly addressed.
