Once again, I’m blown away by the service at Miracle Nissan! Yesterday my car was in the shop when I got the call that my elderly dad had fallen. I was home alone and went into full panic mode. I immediately called my service advisor, Matthew Rayner. At first, he thought I was calling about my car, but I quickly blurted out that I needed to get it back right away because of the emergency. Even though they didn’t have a porter available and his manager, Daniel (who is also incredible), was tied up in meetings, Matthew didn’t hesitate. He found a way to make it happen—he got someone to pick me up and get my car to me so I could rush to the ER to be with my dad. That level of care, compassion, and quick action goes so far beyond “customer service.” It’s humanity, and it’s why I will continue to be a loyal customer.
